Most of our one-piece swimwear and bikini tops don’t have removable bra cups. However, some pieces may not include bra cups. Please refer to each product description for details or contact our customer service at customercare@evarae.com if you have any questions.
To preserve the quality of your EVARAE swimsuit, handwash with
cold water immediately after each wear, wring out gently, dry flat or hang dry under the shade. Likewise, do not store your swimsuit when wet. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer.
Our custom swim fabric is not treated with any harsh chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discolouring. Find out more about material care here.
If an item you are looking for is showing out of stock, you can sign up for our back-in-stock notification on the product detail page by clicking ‘notify me when available’ and we will send an update of the product.
ORDERS
A pre-order is the purchase of an item that is not yet available for shipping but will be soon. Estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on their product page. For pre-orders, we collect 100% of payment upon checkout.
Yes, you can. Go to our return portal and follow the steps for exchange. We cover shipping for the exchange back to you.
Yes of course, you can purchase e-gift cards online. Please visit our gift card page to select your amount. Please note, that gift cards must be forwarded via email from the purchaser to the desired recipient.
We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal.
Depending on the status of your order, you can. However, cancelled orders shall be refunded at request prior to shipping, minus any credit card fees and Shopify transaction fees that have been processed at checkout.

SHIPPING
Any Duties & Taxes based on your location are pre-paid by EVARAE for import to your country. However, there are a few except countries, view the full list here.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped you should receive your order within 2-7 business days - delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. Orders placed Friday afternoon to Sunday will ship out the following business days, excluding holidays.
You will receive your tracking number by email from us once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
We’ll accepts returns of pre-order and full-priced items in their original condition, tags, hygienic liner intact, and packaging within 21 days from your fulfilment date.

Customers are responsible for paying returns fees that differ for different regions, the price will be calculated at the return centre.

Returns are only accepted through our courier and returns tracked service, any returns sent back by other means that are lost, delayed, or incur customs charges are not our responsibility.
Returns can take up to 10 business days after delivered back to us. Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is being processed.
Order placed using codes 50% mark down, or final sale with 50% mark down and above are not available for return.For UK order we will offer store credit for unsutable items.
