21 DAYS RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items back to EVARAE HQ within 21 days from you delivery date.
 
All return costs are to be covered by the customer, please go to our returns centre to action your return, where you will receive full instructions as well as your shipping waybill. EVARAE provides a hassle-free returns label on your behalf, handling customs on re-entry, there is a fixed price deducted from your refund for the DHL return shipping cost, £8.99 for UK & £30.00 for international.
 
We have a returns policy to be able to ensure adequate running of the business, as well as minimise loss of sales. All products must be returned in a perfect condition, unused and with all labels and protective stickers attached. If there is any sign that the product has been worn, altered, or marked, our quality control reserves the right to reject the return.
 
Due to the high volume of requests regarding late returns we can only consider valid reasons (backed by evidence) for a return and refund, as a gesture of good will a credit note may be offered for anything outside of these conditions.
    
Any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options at checkout.
 
Europe Returns:
Any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options (Express) at checkout, or the duty pre-paid by EVARAE to enter your country. 12% duty will be removed from the refund total. As advertised prices include duty and taxes due on import.
 
Final Markdown:
Any items at 60% off and above are not eligible for return or exchange. ‘Final markdown’ is advertised on the product page when items aren’t eligible for return.
  
Exchanges:
Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund via our returns centre, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are only accepted through our courier and returns tracked service, any returns sent back by other means that are lost, delayed, or incur customs charges are not our responsibility.
  
When you drop off your parcel at one of the official DHL service points, the parcel will be scanned and verified with you to ensure it's a valid shipment label and service point, you should immediately receive a return receipt by email from DHL or text if you signed up for phone notifications. Please keep this receipt as it's your proof of return for refund.
