Return & Exchanges

We will be more than happy to offer refunds for pre-order and full-price item(s) during 21 days from their fulfilment date, provided that the item(s) are in their original unused & clean condition, with labels & protective stickers attached, and in their original packaging. 

Sample and Sale items, that are 50% markdown or above, cannot be returned or exchanged - All Sales Are Final. Our policies are in place to ensure we can provide the highest standards and reflect our brand sustainability values. Final Sale items are communicated on the product page and through every step of the check our journey, as well as statement at chosing your shipping method. 



Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please visit our returns and exchange portal. We cover shipping for the exchange back to you.

To start your return or exchange, please use our portal and fill out your order number (as it appears on your confirmation #0000EV) and email address. We will provide a hassle-free returns label on your behalf. The return fee will be deducted from the refunded total. This is a part of our GoGreen shipping policy - to reduce the impact we create on our planet.

Once your return/echange has been received, processed and accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 business days to receive your fund to your bank once processed – depending on your card issuer. Any returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original delivery address. 

Please be aware, shipping costs are non-refundable, refunds are only for the price of the item(s). 

Returns are only accepted through our courier and return-tracked service, any returns sent back by other means that are lost, delayed, or incur customs charges are not our responsibility. Please note that during busier periods, it can take 5-14 days to process your return once it has been received.

Please note, when you drop off your parcel at one of the official service points, the parcel will be scanned and verified. You should receive a receipt by email or tex. Please keep this receipt as it's your proof of return for refund.

Due to the high-volume regarding requests of late returns, we can only consider valid reasons (backed by evidence) for a return & refund. As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a credit note for anything outside of these conditions.
