If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to advise of your return items to Evarae within 7 days from delivery.

UK DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Full price returns are free of charge, please contact EVARAE for your shipping label. If you would like to exchange, EVARAE covers the shipping costs of one further shipment. 

Returns & Exchanges on all sale items are not covered by EVARAE. 

EUROPE RETURNS: 

All return costs are to be covered by the customer, please contact EVARAE for return guidance. If you would like to exchange, EVARAE covers the shipping costs of one further shipment. EVARAE can arrange hassle free returns label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of £20.00 deducted from your refund.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD:
