Please note when using a discount code, the discount can only be applied if processed at the time of the order. Discounts are not valid to be claimed after the order is placed and we can't 'refund' a discount, due to payment processing systems and accounting. A 'discount' is not a 'refund'. 

Please note for any orders that are returned with the intention to re-purchase with a discount, any free shipping, duties/taxes and processing fees will be deducted from your refund for the original order. 

You code will still work on a future order but can't be claimed on a past one. 

When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays. We match your address with the DHL system and verify it is correct. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped by DHL with a tracking number.  Please note we require a signature in order to deliver your order to the address on your order confirmation, please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery at this address. If you make any changes to the delivery or booking without contacting customer services, like an address change, leave in the front porch or nearest neighbour, we can't be responsible for lost items. 

Please note EVARAE cannot take any responsibility for delays made by couriers. Once the package leaves our warehouse (on your selected service) there can occasionally be an unexpected delay by DHL. If you miss your delivery, the courier will attempt the delivery again the next day. By making a purchase you agree with these terms of sale.

We do not accept returns to our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items and sale items under 60% mark down to Evarae within 21 days from order date. Please note any items with 60% off and over are not eligible for return or exchange.

EVARAE offers a free exchange experience for full price items in the United Kingdom.

With sustainability at heart, we do not offer free returns as well as free shipping to you. We appreciate our customers purchasing consciously. If you require a return please go to our returns centre. A fee of £8.99 will be deducted from your refund total for a hassle free return. 

EVARAE can not be responsible for any returns that are sent back via another shipping method without insurance & tracking. Any losses will be removed from your refund. We highly advise using our DHL returns service. 

When you drop off your parcel at one of the official DHL service points, the parcel will be scanned and verified with you to ensure it's a valid shipment label and service point, you should immediately receive a return receipt by email from DHL or text if you signed up for phone notifications. Please keep this receipt as it's your proof of refund. If you don't receive this please ask for a manual receipt from the drop off centre. 

If you arrange a pick-up using our waybill by DHL, please keep the confirmation email that will be sent once the booking is verified on the phone, as it's your proof of return for refund.

We have a returns policy to be able to ensure adequate running of the business, as well as minimise loss of sales. All products must be returned in a perfect condition, unused and with all labels and protective stickers attached. If there is any sign that the product has been worn, altered or marked, our quality control reserves the right to reject the return.

Due to the high volume of requests regarding late returns we can only consider valid reasons (backed by evidence) for a return and refund, as a gesture of good will a credit note will be offered for anything outside of these conditions.
