ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

Any Duties & Taxes that may be due, based on your location are estimated at the checkout for advance payment and transparency. Each country has their own order value threshold, where no Duties & Taxes are due until this is reached. 

Our website calculates any Duties & Taxes at the checkout with complete visibility, we ship like this to ensure you have no surprises and your items clear easily through customs. 

Countries like the USA have a very generous threshold of $800, no duties & taxes are charged on any orders below this amount.

BREXIT IMPLICATIONS FOR EU ORDERS

Here at EVARAE our team is working hard to make sure your orders aren’t effected by Brexit.

For all EU countries there is the unfortunate new reality of now having to pay duties and VAT to receive your parcel.

We want to minimise the impact of this:

We have reduced our prices by 20% for EU customers at the checkout, you will see the price reduce at the final stage of placing your order.
At this point a price breakdown will show, inclusive of both VAT and Duties due for import in your country. 
Items will be shipped By DHL Express and they will deliver directly to you without you needing to contact customs and release your order.
You will not have to pay anything extra upon arrival of your EVARAE pieces and your order will not cost you anymore than it would have done before Brexit. 

ORDERS

When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays. We match your address with the DHL system and verify it is correct. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped by DHL with a tracking number.  Please note we require a signature in order to deliver your order to the address on your order confirmation, please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery at this address. If you make any changes to the delivery or booking without contacting customer services, like an address change, leave in the front porch or nearest neighbour, we can't be responsible for lost items.

Brexit & EU orders: There is the unfortunate reality of now having to pay VAT & Duties. To minimise the impact, we have lowered our prices by 20% and Import VAT & Duties are then charged at the checkout for hassle free delivery & transparency of costs.

FAULTY GOODS

In the instance of faulty items, please notify us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that all items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The same card details (the original payment method) should be used for any refunds. If the item is returned because it is faulty, we will also refund your return shipping cost.

RETURNS

We do not accept return to our store without prior notification or visiting our returns centre. 

All final sale items at 80% mark down are non-returnable. By entering into a 'clearance sale' you are agreeing to our terms and conditions advertised and these items can't re-enter our warehouse.

Sale items up to 80% off are available for return. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items and sale items under 80% mark down to Evarae within 21 days from order date.

UK DOMESTIC RETURNS:

With sustainability at heart, we do not offer free returns as well as free shipping to you. We appreciate our customers purchasing consciously. If you require a return please go to our returns centre. A fee of £8.99 will be deducted from your refund total.

EVARAE offers a free exchange experience. 

Returns & Exchanges on all sale items are not covered by EVARAE.

If you would like to exchange, EVARAE covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you. EVARAE can arrange hassle free returns label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of £30.00 deducted from your refund. 

Please be advised any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options (Express) at checkout or duty and taxes paid to enter your country under their specific tariff and threshold.

Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached and hygiene stickers. Refunds are processed as soon as the items are received.
