Any duties & taxes that may be due, based on your location are estimated at the checkout for advance payment. Each country has their own order value threshold, where no duties & taxes are due until this is reached. 

Our website calculates any duties & taxes at the checkout with complete visibility, we ship like this to ensure you have no surprises and your items clear easily through customs. 

Countries like the USA have a very generous threshold of $800, no duties & taxes are charged on any orders below this amount. 

To check your delivery locations, please add your items to the cart and you will see if any duties & taxes are due. 

ORDERS

When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. Please contact us straight away if you need to amend anything on your order confirmation.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

If you place an order for an item that is on a waitlist or pre-order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed.

If for any reason, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to refund your card within 7 days of doing so.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Please note if your place an order over the Christmas period between 24th - 1st of January, your goods will not be dispatched until 3rd January.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted.

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless states otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.

For any orders to destinations outside of the EU the recipient is liable for any and all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that you are shipping to.

These are shown at the check out for pre-payment and you will not need to make any further payments to release your goods through customs. 

REPAIR SERVICE

Where possible we offer a repair service for our swimwear. As a business we want to help prevent climate change and reduce our carbon footprint. Our pieces are made to last, we want to encourage customers to invest in luxury quality pieces, rather than disposable fashion. Should your swimwear need fixing after continuous wear, we will happily look into making repairs with our atelier in Italy. Please email hello@evarae.com for more information. 

SALE ITEMS AND FAULTY GOODS

Sale items cannot be returned.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that all items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The same card details (the original payment method) should be used for any refunds.

If the item is returned because it is faulty, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Otherwise we do not cover the cost of return delivery.

In the instance of faulty items, please notify us immediately. EVARAE will not take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.

RETURNS

As a business we do not provide a free shipping and returns service for online purchases, this is to reduce our carbon footprint and encourage conscious ordering and purchasing of products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return any items (excluding sale items) to Evarae within 14 days from being dispatched.

Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number, as Evarae is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached and hygiene stickers. We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days.
