If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items, and sale items that are not 'final sale' to EVARAE within 21 days from order date. Please note, 'final sale' items with 60% off and over are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please visit our online returns centre and fill in the returns request. We do not accept online returns to our London store. We highly advise using our hassle free DHL returns waybill as we can't be responsible for items sent back that aren't insured, are missing tracking or incur duties on re-entry if you use another courier.
When you drop off your parcel at one of the official DHL service points, the parcel will be scanned and verified with you to ensure it's a valid shipment label and service point, you should immediately receive a return receipt by email from DHL or text if you signed up for phone notifications. Please keep this receipt as it's your proof of refund. If you don't receive this please ask for a manual receipt from the drop off centre.
If you arrange a pick-up using our waybill by DHL, please keep the confirmation email that will be sent once the booking is verified on the phone, as it's your proof of return for refund.
